Archos 70b 7-inch Display Ereader Now on Pre-Order in France for €99

The Archos 70b ereader is available for pre-order in France for just €99 . That’s $131 for a 7-inch LCD display ebook reader that supports WiFi and 3G.

Other features worth mentioning include 4GB of internal storage, SD card slot for up to 16GB of memory, stereo speakers and a USB port. The battery can give you up to 10 hours of reading pleasure and 18 hours of music with the screen turned off. If its video you want, then you get six hours on a single charge.

Given that this PC and Mac compatible ereader passed through the FCC some time back, a U.S release soon cannot be ruled out. The ereader is compatible with the Google ebookstore; a big plus.
