Samsung Exhibit 4G II on T-Mobile for $30 with Contract and $200 SIM-Free from November 2nd

T-Mobile will be launching a budget Android smartphone on November 2nd – the Exhibit 4G II. It can be yours for $30 with a two-year contract or for $200 contract-free.

This is an Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread smartphone that is powered by a 1Ghz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon CPU. It has 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal memory that is boosted by another 32GB via microSD. The 3.7-inch touchscreen has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The 3MP rear-facing camera has a 3x digital zoom, auto focus, and face detection. One charge of the 1500 mAh battery gives a 5.5-hour talk-time.
