Apple iPad 3 will Support LTE, with Hi-Def Screen and Faster Processor

According to folks intimate with Apples iPad 3 plans, the new iPad will work with the latest wireless protocols, be powered by a faster processor, and have a screen with a higher resolution.

The iPad 3 tablet is set for a March debut and will most likely be powered by a quad-core processor. The tablet’s compatibility with the Long Term Evolution [LTE] wireless networks should be a boost for its sales. Providers such as AT&T and Verizon are going all out to spread their LTE network across the country. Additional graphics processing power will enable instant video playing.

The reason why Apple has gone with the tablet for introducing LTE is that the device has a larger battery that can better support the energy consumption that comes with this wireless technology.
