U.S Cellular is offering the HTC 7 Pro for $200 for a two-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate and a data plan. It is the first CDMA phone by Windows Phone 7. The phone features a 3.6-inch tilted touchscreen and a slide-out qwerty keyboard. It’s not Android and it’s not an iPhone.
